How does it work for IG Customers?

As an IG customer, you can choose to get store credits to buy products from us. One credit equals one dollar.

That said, here is how our LCD buyback program works:

  • After receiving the screen, the initial step is to log into your account and share your email id, phone number, and name.
  • The Technicians test each and every screen only one by one. They further inspect screens for various things, such as dead spots, dead pixels, or water damage. The next step is to process and test the LCD screens.
  • Further, our technicians do tell us which screens have made past the testing process.
  • We then put a tally of all the screens and calculate the shipment’s actual cost and value. We will then inform you about the payouts.
  • Finally, we check the paperwork included in the shipment that tell us what kind of payout you are looking for whether it is PayPal, a mail check, or in-store credit.
